Welcome to The Five!

As a premier member of the SF 49ers Flag Football program, we are proud to kick off our inaugural Girls NFL FLAG Football Season. Specifically created to provide South County middle school and high school girls an opportunity to develop their flag football skills through fun, competitive and instructional league play.

Girls flag football is a quickly becoming a favorite middle school and high school sport. From local leagues to the NFL FLAG National Championships in Indianapolis, IA, girls everywhere are signing up to take part in one of America's fastest growing sports. Playing on a team help girls enhance their physical fitness as well as help them develop strong communication and collaboration skills. They will learn to rely on their teammates and trust them to do their part, which can help build lasting friendships and a sense of camaraderie. Playing flag football can also help girls develop leadership skills.

League play will take place on Sunday afternoons at Ann Sobrato HS in Morgan Hill and South Valley MS MS in Gilroy with events at the Morgan Hill Outdoor Sports Center.

Season Details:

Participants receive complimentary drawstring bag and mouthguard. Families seeking financial assistance should apply at https://rcxsportsfoundation.submittable.com/submit three weeks PRIOR to registration. RCX SPorts Foundation will cover up to $100 in registration fees for qualified candidates.
